Shipping, Return, Refund, or Cancellation Policy for Products
Shipping
- Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, except Sundays. However, dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type and stock availability. In case of any delay, customers will be informed promptly.
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery delays may occasionally occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure timely delivery for all our customers and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before the product has been shipped. In such cases, the refund will be processed after deduction of applicable transaction charges.
- Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to cancel the order after receiving the product, a refund may be considered only if the product is unopened and returned in the same condition as it was received.
- Please note that return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
- Please note that refunds are subject to applicable deductions, including transaction charges, shipping charges, and/or other applicable fees. Any such deductions, if applicable, will be communicated to you after reviewing your cancellation request.

- All return requests will be reviewed individually, and acceptance of any return shall be solely at the discretion of FM Nutrition.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a refund, request review, the product must be unopened and returned in the same condition as it was received.
- Once your returned product is received, it will be inspected within 24–48 hours. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
- Please note that refunds are subject to applicable deductions, including transaction charges, shipping charges, and/or other applicable fees. Any such deductions, if applicable, will be communicated to you after reviewing your return/refund request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a few days.
