This one is quite simple!

• STEP 1: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Grounded Wall Outlet. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab on the TerreNue yoga mat.
• STEP 2: Touch the TerreNue Yoga Mat with your bare skin and voila! You are grounded.

Note: No need to turn ON switch!

Do:

• Wipe down the Yoga Mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
• Air dry before rolling the Floor Mat back up.

Do Not:

• Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Yoga Mat.
• Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Yoga Mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
